Well Planned Events
From first entry wow factor to sharing information with attendees throughout your event, a seamless experience is a key factor in executing successful events of any kind.
The Challenge
Every individual has different taste; therefore, the power of variety is key in event gifting. When planning a corporate event, having the power of choice in a gift experience leaves each attendee feeling valued and empowered. The goal for this Fortune 500 medical technology company was to have over 400 plus attendees at their incentive trip each feel that their gift was personalized while also keeping the gift selection consistent with the theme of the event.
The Process
The incentive trip took place at the beachfront Ritz Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida for the company’s President’s Club Winners. As a result of our brand partnership, we were able to create a pop-up boutique experience. We brought the vision to life through turnkey event implementation including shipping and receiving, specialized staffing, pop-up displays, and post-event breakdown. Each element complimented the ambience of the event from the various options of sandals and apparel, Southern Tide branded sunglass straps, koozies, and stickers, down to beach themed décor included throughout the setup.
The Result
24 On Tour provided an authentic Southern Tide gift experience. By the end of the weekend 400 plus attendees received an apparel piece of their choice, sandals of their choice, as well as sunglass straps, koozies, and stickers. Attendees left the gift experience with a retail gift bag with their chosen gift, creating instant gratification. Event staff handled the setup, inventory management, and breakdown of the event making the process seamless. Our event staff understood the importance of bringing the resort atmosphere into the gift experience, truly taking the event to the next level and leaving lasting impressions.

The Challenge
Our goal for the destination weekend for this Fortune 500 insurance company was to create a personalized, ski inspired gift experience, including both a pop-up boutique gift selection as well as room drop gifting. The team at 24 On Tour aimed to curate a gift selection that 450 plus attendees could use on the slopes throughout the weekend to generate instantaneous excitement and engagement.
The Process
The trip took place at the top of the line Stowe Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont for the company’s top sales representatives and their hosted clients. Designing this gift experience relied on two key factors, offering premium brands that inspired attendees, and offering a diverse product selection. Gift selection consisted of a variety of Level ski gloves at the pop-up experience, and room drop gifting of Darn Tough socks made locally in Vermont, as well as Pistil winter hats.
The Result
The gift experience quickly became the talking point of the weekend. Many attendees returned to the gift selection to tell our team they chose to wear their gifted gear instead of their own snow gear they brought to the event. Our team understood the importance of having expertise in the product selection to ensure each attendee received the gift of their needs, whether that be enjoying the resort at the bottom of the mountain or requiring the most qualified gloves for the black diamond trails.

Matt Cariglio
Memorial Golf Tournament
The Situation
It’s no secret – charity golf events are a fun way to engage clients and employees, and people feel good when they play for a good cause. The question we face at 24? How to create charity and corporate sporting events that distinguish themselves among the rest. One event close to our hearts, the Matt Cariglio Memorial Golf Tournament, challenges us to do just that each year.
The Process
Thanks to our strong relationships and our experience with corporate event planning, we are able to secure prime time at exclusive golf clubs in Southern RI for tournament play. Our special event planning team handles the menu and the venue, selects and decorates branded prizes/merchandise and handles event marketing management through a custom website and online marketing techniques.
The Result
A well-attended charity golf event at a members-only course, 6 years running. Each year, over one hundred people attend and compete, with ticket proceeds supporting the education of two local children and high-end prizes from brands like Titleist and Footjoy up for grabs. Our event planners know the importance of community and bring that feel-good component to the next level, working with our clients to choose local causes that hit close to home.
By accessing our relationships with luxury golf and lifestyle brands like Peter Millar and Linksoul, we can pass through our savings to clients – creating VIP corporate golf and sporting events on par with your budget.

24 Hours
in Nashville

The Question
The idea was revolutionary – a multi-year college reunion, at the heart of a storied college town, bringing together members of the Vanderbilt classes of 1980-1989. Our challenge? To build a turnkey reunion event that blended classic Nashville flavor, 80’s era nostalgia, and a charity component to boot.
The Process
24 on Tour took on the role of special event organizer, handling all aspects of event production from venue selection and talent curation, to event marketing management, to branded merchandise and gifts with custom design.
The Answer
A creative, local music event, 24 Hours in Nashville, for a targeted audience at Acme Feed & Seed, an exciting Broadway venue.
The event attracts up to 350 members of the Vanderbilt classes of the 80’s each year to enjoy music entertainment from classic 80’s era acts, such as Little Feat and Pure Prairie League. 24 on Tour designed custom event merchandise, with graphics that highlighted both the local Nashville culture and some Vanderbilt pride. Attendees were able to buy tickets online for the event and select their merchandise and gifts throughout the process. By designing a custom event website, our corporate event planners were able to easily share information, send promotional emails, manage ticket sales, sell merchandise, and create that special nostalgia that surrounds any college reunion event.
As the anticipation builds to find out each year’s musical act, so does alumni engagement with the event. We love that the buzz that’s born from a music event translates directly to attendees’ feelings towards the brand!

The Ask
It began with a request. True to their brand, Bacardi envisioned a customer appreciation/sales incentive event consistent with their trademark zest for life. They hoped to come up with corporate event ideas that stood out from every other brand, to reward their top salespeople and acknowledge their top customers with anything but typical.
The Process
24 on Tour transformed a Lodge Suite at Pebble Beach into a retail shopping spree, featuring high-end, co-branded gifts from companies ike Titleist, Bose, Footjoy, and Cole Haan.
The Result
A gifting event turned turnkey luxury shopping experience. This private corporate event featured unique products available both on site to attendees and online to family and friends before and after the event. Our VIP Events Services Team covered all the bases, from location, to product, to staff. Attendees were able to buy product in person from the Bacardi Suite inventory or shop extended inventory online and ship direct to their homes. Event staff managed both inventory and sales from the gifting event using iPads for order placement and on site checkout.
The event culminated in a round of golf, shared by the Top 8 Sales Award Winners and a PGA pro from a stable of Nike athletes, only available to ParsonsKellogg through our unique relationship with the brand. Our client loved that our corporate event planning team dreamed up this fun corporate event idea and made it a reality!
